As founder of Global Learning, Steve has more than 30-years experience leading and facilitating learning and development programs for organisations that rely on collaboration, leadership, teamwork and interpersonal effectiveness. His work has primarily focused on organisational change, leadership and team development. Helping people, teams and organisations develop the skills, attitudes, values and knowledge needed to create and sustain high-performance workplaces.
Steve’s capacity to design, develop and facilitate highly innovative and effective learning programs has been fundamental in the growth and reputation of Global Learning. Clients appreciate his ability to help link key strategic organisational issues and challenges to practical behavioural solutions and outcomes.
His passion includes exploring the planet’s remote and wild places. These journeys have taken him sailing to Antarctica, sea kayaking through remote islands in the Norwegian Arctic, canoeing, climbing and skiing in the Canadian Arctic, mountaineering and trekking in the Nepal and Indian Himalaya.
Steve is still an active backcountry skier, sea kayaker and explorer and can often be found in the wilds of Kosciuszko National Park or navigating the coastline of South East NSW in his prized sea kayak.
