How does a DEEP DIVE conference work?

Before the conference

We work closely with your conference planning team to design the pre-conference material, to plan the event, the outcome, and the follow-up. We communicate with key stakeholders, participants and presenters. iMEET! web surveys and and discussion forums ensure that program participants are heard: they know what is happening and have their say about what they want from the event.

During the conference

deep dive conference DEEP DIVE creates a high-performance learning environment, with a level of personal and team challenge and processes which require individual input, teamwork, leadership and creativity.

Teams take on projects that combine business activity, exercises, discussion, interaction and collaboration with other teams. The teams are responsible for managing their time for much of the conference, but must provide key deliverables at set times during the conference.

Deliverables can include the production of team videos, identification of new business opportunities, completion of experiential team challenges, tracking and reporting back on key learning, business lessons and projects.

DEEP DIVE ensures that everyone becomes a participant in the conference game, and not just a spectator!

Using laptops and a secure wireless network, teams and individuals contribute their ideas and solutions to forums, surveys, libraries and project-planning templates. The website quickly becomes a rich repository of the best collective thinking on key business issues. The strong sense of ownership and contribution helps generate high levels of business alignment.

Post-conference

Within 24 hours of conference completion, all DEEP DIVE data is available online to nominated personnel. This enables immediate download — or, if needed, ongoing conferencing and participant contribution and discussion.

Participants can also be polled to provide feedback via an online surveys to assess how well the conference outcomes have been achieved.
