iMEET!

iMEET! provides a remarkable advantage for virtual and geographically dispersed teams, supporting processes such as agendas, team meetings, planning, surveys and performance management. Our users have ranged from executive teams of four to teams spread across seven countries. iMEET! is also highly effective for face-to-face conferences or high-stakes meetings. Teams or individuals use networked laptop computers to capture discussions, rather like electronic butcher's paper. iMEET! has been used with groups of up to 400 to create shared vision and agreement on goals and actions. Personal profiles (DiSC, Myers Briggs, TMS)

DiSC is a personal profile system for individuals which identifies the intrinsic needs which motivate behaviour in work environments. We are also qualified to use MBTI (Myers Briggs) and Team Management Systems profiling.

Online surveys and questionnaires

Our online LE360 leadership questionnaire offers 360° feedback, comparing individual assessment of performance as a leader with that of others. Leaders are encouraged to use this information as a base for building self-awareness, and leadership development plans. Our online Team Mirror Survey enables teams to define existing strengths and to identify skills that would benefit from further development.
