DiSC: Understanding Personal Leadership Style

This workshop will help you understand your preferred work-style – your natural behavioural patterns when leading or working in teams. Style is typically neither good nor bad – it is how you play to your strengths and weaknesses that determine your true impact.

The workshop is based on the user-friendly DiSC model which is a learning instrument designed to help you realise to what degree you utilise various behavioural styles depending upon the situation in which you find yourself.

Global Learning has been delivering DiSC programs for more than 30 years. It has proven to be one of the most useful tools in our repetoire.

By participating in this workshop you will:

  • Self assess your preferred workplace style
  • Be introduced to and utilise the DiSC model
  • Understand and work with the four main archetypes (DiSC)
  • Be introduced to the concept of red/blue behaviours (working under pressure)
  • Explore how DiSC and teams work – how it can add value to team performance
  • Decide personal actions to implement from the workshop
